Looking for accountability to keep up with your Pelvic Floor Therapy Exercises? Join us for a 2 week accountability program which includes inspiration, motivation, stretching exercises and a pelvic floor therapy plan that can be done in 15 minutes each day. It had been proven through various studies that gynecologic cancers and their subsequent treatments can play a major role on pelvic floor function, which can in turn negatively impact one’s quality of life. We hope this PFT Pilot Program will help you learn about the pelvic floor and how you can take control and manage pelvic floor dysfunction. Use these two weeks to freshen up your regular routine, get some new ideas and keep your pelvic floor in its best shape.
